Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are entered into with Devripples Infotech Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), which operates the Mehndi Master platform ("Platform").

By accessing or using Mehndi Master, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and use the platform only for lawful purposes.

Mehndi Master helps customers discover artists and place bookings. Package details, pricing, availability, and service scope are set by artists unless otherwise stated on the platform.

Confirmation payments, balances, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the booking flow and policies shown at the time of booking.

Refunds apply to the confirmation amount already paid for a booking, including online payments and wallet debits used during checkout. Any remaining balance due on the booking date is not charged when a booking is cancelled before the service.

If you cancel more than 3 days before your booking date, your full paid confirmation amount is refunded to your Mehndi Master wallet. If you cancel within 3 days of your booking date, a cancellation charge may apply. The charge is calculated as 10% of the booking total after discounts, and the remaining paid amount is refunded to your wallet.

If an artist cancels your booking, you receive a full refund of the paid confirmation amount to your Mehndi Master wallet.

Approved refunds are credited to your Mehndi Master customer wallet and can be used toward future bookings on the platform. Wallet refund credits cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or transferred as cash. Refund details, including any cancellation charge applied, are shown in your booking and wallet transaction history.

Completed bookings cannot be cancelled through the platform. Bookings that are already cancelled are not eligible for duplicate refunds.

Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, portfolios, pricing, and availability. Mehndi Master may review, verify, approve, suspend, or remove artist accounts that violate platform standards or applicable law.

Mehndi Master is a marketplace that connects customers and independent artists. Unless explicitly stated, Mehndi Master does not directly provide mehndi services and is not responsible for the conduct or workmanship of independent artists, except as required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mehndi Master is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid to Mehndi Master for the relevant booking, where applicable.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
